Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are first evaluated by Editor-in-Chief to find their appropriate match with the journal’s aims and scope. Articles are sent to at least two or three reviewers with relevant research areas. The peer-review process uses double-blind review in which neither authors nor reviewers identify each other. Authors are usually notified within 1-2 months about the evaluation of their manuscript. As soon as receiving the reviewer's comments, authors are requested to resubmit the revised version, and a copy of their reply to each reviewer in separate files, including the comment and the answer to each question. All probable changes have to be made in different colors of red, green, and blue on the revised version. Two reviewers' decisions are considered for both acceptance and rejection. Communication pertaining any decision about the manuscript will only take place between the journal and the corresponding author.
